Cedar Creek Decks warrants it's decks for a period of one year (1) from the date it was substantially performed. We will repair or replace defective materials or workmanship free of charge during the first year of warranty. In order for the warranty to be valid, the client must have applied the recommended treatment to the deck within 3 weeks of completion.

Keeping your deck clean and treated is a good policy for maintaining a good looking deck for years to come. Re-staining or treating is recommended every two (2) years. Normal wear and tear is expected and is not covered in this warranty. Any damage due to negligence, alteration of the deck's original design, or an act of God is not covered under this warranty.
